SET Ltd carries on accounting activities (SIC 69201) from Foresters Lodge at White Barn Farm on the Shugborough Estate in Staffordshire.

We work mainly with owner-managed companies, landlords and the self-employed — people for whom the accounts are not an abstraction but the thing that tells them whether this year worked. The practice is deliberately small, so the person who prepares your accounts is the person who answers when you ring about them.

Every engagement begins with an engagement letter setting out what we will do, what you are responsible for and what it costs. Deadlines are tracked at our end and flagged to you early, because a surprise in January helps nobody.

If something falls outside what we do, or needs someone separately registered or authorised for it, we will say so and point you to the right person rather than attempt it.
